A lot of Italian classic coffee is cheap. A lot of very good coffee has become too complicated. Florentinus exists for the space in between: modern Italian coffee, made properly, from very good origins, for people who just want it to be good.
We might be a new coffee brand, but it's not our first time at the rodeo. Our team is made of people with vast experience in the coffee industry.
Sourcing
Roasting refines, it does not improve. That is the whole of our method, and the reason we spend more time choosing coffee than talking about it.
The best coffees are picked and sorted by hand, one plant at a time, when the colour is right. We work with selected coffees from different origins, each with its own character, driven by quality, traceability and respect for the product and for the people who grew it.

Serves APAC region. Whole beans for the region are roasted locally.
Roasted in Australia
Roasting is about cooking green coffee to the point where it performs the best. That point is not the same for every blend, which is why every coffee has its own roast profile, built to bring out its identity.
