FARMING & SOURCING
Everything is decided on the plantation: roasting refines, it does not improve.
Farming
Coffee grows around the world near the equator, on plantations that someone tends and cares for over years before seeing a harvest. The best coffees are picked and sorted by hand, one plant at a time, when the colour is right.
Sourcing
We work with selected coffees from different origins, each with its own character. We are driven by quality, traceability and respect for the product and for the people who grew it.

From the bar counter to the restaurant table to the sofa at home: every moment has its coffee.
Roasting
Roasting is about cooking green coffee to the point where it performs the best. That point is not the same for every blend, which is why every coffee has its own roast profile, built to bring out its identity.
